Construction help

Hiring a professional to work with you on a DIY build is an excellent option if you have the budget and can find the right person. Ideally, you need someone with carpentry and general home building skills, who can also work flexible hours. They also must be trustworthy, reliable, and easy for you to get along with. Retaining the wrong person could well prove to be troublesome to nightmarish, so the interview is critical.

A possible job description scenario/ad might be:

  • Experienced builder with home building experience required for part-time work over 10-20 weeks. Project is a tiny house: fully-winterized 100' sq ft home with heating and plumbing. Must be willing to work alongside client.
